    Struggled in this one folks, cos of work i had only 4hrs sleep the nite before and with not eating for 20hrs my body went shut down @ the 11 mile mark a big lesson for me this one. Good time Craig that gale of a wind was wicked wasn’t mate? :(

    Getting used to it now Peter, seems to be wind& rain in half marathons I do, Fleetwood,Great langdale& now Inskip. Enjoyed it though. Met up with a runner who was struggling halfway round and did my mother Theresa bit and completed the race together. I think the wind added 4 to 5 mins.still managed to knock a minute off for a PB so am quite happy.

    A good 5mins i’d say, at one point the wind blew me almost to a standstill and i had to break into a sprint to battle against it, it was comical lol so to get a pb is awesome mate well done.
