You don’t need to be the fastest, all you need to do is take part...

Run at least 5 races, 2 long (10m +), 2 Short (<10k) and 1 other, then report your run then you qualify to be entered into a draw for £100 each in the Mens and Ladies categories.

In 2007,

• 1 in 6 chance in Mens category
• 1 in 9 chance in Ladies category

Why not run that extra race and qualify this year, winners will be drawn at 2009 Presentation.
