Well Phil has only gone and done the Marathon Des Sables 2012!
What an amazing show of physical and mental determination. It was a total of 151 miles across the Sahara Desert in a fantastic and incredible time of 64 hours 02 mins and 07 secs!!!
It made me tired just looking at it on the website. Many Congrats Phil, you are an inspiration to us all, now you can put your feet up and take a well earned rest, I am sure there will be a few pints on the table when you get back!!
We are all so proud of you.

Monday nights are open to all regardless of how fast you are nobody will get left behind
Look forward to seeing a few more of you on Monday nights.
