    Location: Witton Park Track
    Description: An hour of interval training led by our own members to work specifically on core speed, at the Witton Park Track, which will hopefully help us reach our PB targets!

    The track is booked solely for BRR use, there will be different ability groups, dependant on those attending and based on your 10k times.
