Hi Everyone

If you could not make it on Friday night or fancy another run , we are running Saturday morning from the car park next to The Royal pub at Tockholes. We will be  running up to Darwen Tower and back down through Roddlesworth woods, this will be about 5 mile but could add extra mileage on if you like . We will be ready to run at 9.00am, come along for the stunning views, it is well worth the effort.

Paul Walmsley is organising a recce of the Whalley Nab race route on Friday 24th July. Anyone interested please meet at the bridge at Whalley ready to run at 7.00pm and good luck with the hill at the beginning!
