Yet another fun guesstimator hosted by Sarah and Alan at Brockhall Village.

The route was approximately 7 miles, All runners (and a few walkers) predicted their finishing time, took of their watch and armed with directions ran off in teams! There were even 3 canine runners to add to the mix!

Eileen Newman was within seconds of her actual finishing time and scooped a bottle of bubbly. Other than the odd deviation all runners made it back for supper.. Chilli and baked potatos..topped off with Eileen’s home made ginger biscuits. Stuart Pepper was presented with a personalised cake to celebrate his birthday and awards given out for recent running successes.

A big thank you to Sarah and Alan for opening their home and organising such a fun event on a luckily sunny June evening!
